Sure Click Enterprise & Wolf Security Cloud Controller Scheduled Maintenance - Including Important Security Updates

The HP Wolf Security DevOps team will be updating all cloud hosted Sure Click Enterprise and Wolf Security controllers with our latest release build. The release notes for the latest build will be updated here https://enterprisesecurity.hp.com/s/article/HP-Managed-Cloud-Release-Notes.

As part of this maintenance period we'll be rolling out updates that tackle the eMudhra / emSign certificate authority incident. In addition, we've had a lot of customers reach out about the recent PHP vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618, CVE-2026-109619). During this maintenance window, updates will be rolled out to the following regions during the following time windows:
09:00 – 12:00 UTC (U.S Region)
14:00 – 20:00 UTC (APAC Region)
18:00 – 02:00 UTC (EU Region)

Downtime during this planned window will normally last around 5 minutes per customer controller where access to the controller will be impacted.
During the update process while you will not be able to access your cloud controller there will be no impact to your endpoint devices, these will carry on being be protected at all time.
