HP Secure Browser 144 upgrade Mar 12, 2026 10:00-12:00 GMT

Update - We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.

Scheduled - We are pleased to announce the general availability of HP Secure Browser 144 for Sure Click Enterprise endpoints on the ENTERPRISE channel. This will upgrade HP-protected Chrome to version 144.0.7559.220, and supersedes previous HP Secure Browser releases.

The upgrade will not require interaction from the end user.

Sure Click 4.4 Release 15 (4.4.29.1450) Upgrade for [ENTERPRISE] software update channel Mar 23, 2026 10:00-13:00 GMT

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled Sure Click upgrade that will improve the quality and performance of our Sure Click service. We are committed to continuously enhancing our systems to provide you with the best possible experience.

During this time, any device that is assigned to the [ENTERPRISE] software update channel will have Sure Click 4.4.29.1450 automatically installed. A toast notification may inform the user that a reboot is required to complete the upgrade.

Scheduled - During this maintenance window the HP Wolf Security DevOps Team will be updating all cloud hosted Sure Click Enterprise and Wolf Security controllers with the latest release build. The release notes for the latest build can be found here https://enterprisesecurity.hp.com/s/article/HP-Managed-Cloud-Release-Notes. Downtime during this planned window will normally last around 5 minutes per customer controller where access to the controller will be impacted.
During the update process while you will not be able to access your cloud controller there will be no impact to your endpoint devices, these will carry on being protected at all times.

During this time:
The portal will be offline for the duration of the maintenance.
Login access will not be available until maintenance is complete.
Devices connected to your tenant will not be affected.
All devices will remain protected and fully operational throughout the maintenance window.

No action is required from you, and protection services will continue to run normally.

We will restore full access as soon as the maintenance is complete. Thank you for your patience while we work to improve the platform.
