Scheduled
During this maintenance window the HP Wolf Security DevOps Team will be updating all cloud hosted Sure Click Enterprise and Wolf Security controllers with the latest release build. The release notes for the latest build can be found here https://enterprisesecurity.hp.com/s/article/HP-Managed-Cloud-Release-Notes. Downtime during this planned window will normally last around 5 minutes per customer controller where access to the controller will be impacted. During the update process while you will not be able to access your cloud controller there will be no impact to your endpoint devices, these will carry on being protected at all times.
As part of this update, we will migrate the events table in the Wolf Security Controller to improve scalability.
During the migration, some historical events may temporarily appear to be missing when viewed in the controller. No event data has been lost. Events will be restored automatically as the migration progresses, with the most recent events appearing first.
Based on current estimates, the migration should complete within one day for most deployments. Deployments with a larger volume of historical event data may take up to seven days, and exceptionally large or long-running deployments may take longer.
Customers with questions about the migration or its potential impact should contact HP Support.
If you still exhibit issues after this time, please contact the support team by emailing enterprise.support@hpwolf.com
