Secure Browser Misclassification of Websites
Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified - An issue has been reported with our secure browser extension which is causing sites to be incorrectly flagged as 'Potentially Malicious' and showing a grey overlay to the user. A fix for this issue has already been identified internally and we're working on getting that fix rolled out. We'll update you once the fix is live.

Sure Click Enterprise & Wolf Security Cloud Controller Scheduled Maintenance for U.S Region Jul 31, 2025 08:00-10:00 BST

During this maintenance window the HP Wolf Security DevOps Team will be updating all cloud hosted Sure Click Enterprise and Wolf Security controllers with the latest release build. The release notes for the latest build can be found here https://enterprisesecurity.hp.com/s/article/HP-Managed-Cloud-Release-Notes. Downtime during this planned window will normally last around 5 minutes per customer controller where access to the controller will be impacted.
During the update process while you will not be able to access your cloud controller there will be no impact to your endpoint devices, these will carry on being protected at all times.

Scheduled - An upgrade to all Wolf Security for Business and Wolf Pro Security endpoint devices is scheduled to start on Tuesday 29 July.

The following packages will be upgraded to version 4.4.26.1391:
HP Sure Click
HP Sure Sense
HP Credential Protection
HP Security Management

Secure Browser 136 will be upgraded to version 4.4.25.2044.

A toast notification on the endpoint will prompt for the reboot required for the upgrade to take effect.

Scheduled - We are pleased to announce the general availability of the HP Secure Browser 136 release 2 for HP Sure Click Enterprise endpoints. This will upgrade HP-protected Chrome to version 136.0.7103.179 and supersedes previous HP Secure Browser releases.

The upgrade will not require interaction from the end user.
