Scheduled - An upgrade to all Wolf Security for Business and Wolf Pro Security endpoint devices is scheduled to start on Monday 7th April.

The following packages will be upgraded to version 4.4.24.3257:
Sure Click
Security Update Services (SUS)
Sure Sense

A toast notification on the endpoint will prompt for the reboot required for the upgrade to take effect.

Scheduled - During this maintenance window the HP Wolf Security DevOps Team will be updating all cloud hosted Sure Click Enterprise and Wolf Security controllers with the latest release build. The release notes for the latest build can be found here https://enterprisesecurity.hp.com/s/article/HP-Managed-Cloud-Release-Notes. Downtime during this planned window will normally last around 5 minutes per customer controller where access to the controller will be impacted.
During the update process while you will not be able to access your cloud controller there will be no impact to your endpoint devices, these will carry on being protected at all times.

Scheduled - We are pleased to announce the general availability of the HP Secure Browser 132.0.6834.211 for HP Sure Click Enterprise, Wolf Pro Security and Wolf Security for Business endpoints. This will upgrade the version of the HP-protected Chrome to version 132.0.6834.211, and supersedes previous HP Secure Browser releases.

As this is a security hotfix the upgrade will start from the 1 April 2025 for all editions. The upgrade will require no interaction from the end user.

Note the Enterprise channel will update on the 15 April 2025.

Scheduled - We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled Sure Click upgrade that will improve the quality and performance of our Sure Click service. We are committed to continuously enhancing our systems to provide you with the best possible experience.

During this time, any device that is assigned to the [ENTERPRISE] Software update channel will have their version of Sure Click automatically upgraded to the latest version 4.4.23.317

No action is required, once the channel is updated at the time above, the next time an endpoint device checks into the controller it will pick up the new package and install automatically.
